Progressed from Treasury and banking operations into management and senior leadership roles, including Branch Manager and Credit Control leadership. These years taught me discipline, accountability, decision-making, team development, and the responsibility that comes with leading people.

Rotary Club of New Road City | 2007–2008
Served as President with a philosophy rooted in Service Above Self. The experience reinforced my belief that leadership becomes meaningful when professional success is connected with service to others.

First Branch Leadership
Became Branch Manager in Banepa and took responsibility for establishing and developing the branch — an important milestone in my transition from banking professional to organizational leader.
Rotary Leadership
Became President of the Rotary Club of New Road City and was subsequently recognized as Outstanding President of the Year, Rotary International District 3290, 2007–2008.
Building Leaders in America
Joined Premier Financial Alliance and began a new leadership journey focused on financial education, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and developing future business leaders.

Established Sagun Financials, combining decades of financial experience with entrepreneurship, education, client service, and community impact.

I believe the greatest measure of a leader is not simply how far that leader goes, but how many people grow because that leader was willing to teach, mentor, encourage, and create opportunities for them.
