Success Becomes More Meaningful When We Give Back
Community service has been an important part of my journey for many years.
From Rotary service in Nepal to financial education, cultural preservation, and community involvement in Colorado, I have always believed that professional success carries a responsibility to contribute beyond ourselves.
For me, service is not simply an activity. It is part of the legacy we create through the people and communities we help strengthen.
GIVING TIME. SHARING KNOWLEDGE. STRENGTHENING COMMUNITY.
I believe giving back does not always require money. Sometimes the most valuable contribution is our time, knowledge, experience, relationships, and willingness to serve.

LOOKING FORWARD
Sagun Foundation
My longer-term vision for community service includes the development of Sagun Foundation as a platform for meaningful and sustainable giving.
Its purpose is centered on supporting underprivileged children and senior citizens, especially in Nepal, while creating opportunities to bring people and resources together around causes that can make a lasting difference.
The goal is not simply charity for a moment, but meaningful support that can improve lives and preserve dignity.
PHILOSOPHY
Service Above Self
One lesson from my Rotary years has remained with me throughout my professional and personal journey: Service Above Self.
Success gives us opportunities. Service determines what we do with those opportunities.
“We may measure success by what we achieve, but significance is measured by how our achievements help improve the lives of others.”
— MANOJ TULADHAR
ON VOLUNTEERING
Time Is One of the Greatest Gifts
Financial contributions can make a difference, but communities also need people willing to show up, take responsibility, share their expertise, and work together.
I believe our time is one of our most valuable assets. When we voluntarily invest some of that time in others, its impact can continue long after an event has ended.
“You do not need to wait until you have everything to start giving back. Sometimes your time, experience, knowledge, and willingness to help are exactly what someone needs.”
— MANOJ TULADHAR

LOOKING AHEAD
Building a Legacy Through Service
My hope is that the next chapter of my life creates an even stronger connection between professional success and community impact.
My goal is to continue combining education, mentorship, cultural preservation, community leadership, and philanthropy while encouraging more people — especially future generations — to become involved in serving others. Because stronger communities are built when more of us are willing to participate.
There will always be another person to educate, another leader to develop, another tradition to preserve, and another opportunity to serve. That is the legacy I want to continue building.
