Through Sagun Foundation, my long-term vision is to support underprivileged children and senior citizens, especially in Nepal, while encouraging others to participate in sustainable community impact.

Expand Education & Mentorship
Develop a more structured library of financial education, leadership training, mentorship programs, videos, downloadable resources, and practical learning tools.
The goal is to make decades of experience easier for others to access and apply.

Grow Sagun Foundation
Strengthen Sagun Foundation’s structure and charitable mission, with particular emphasis on supporting underprivileged children and senior citizens, especially in Nepal.
Build partnerships that can create sustainable rather than temporary impact.
2030
Develop the Next Generation
Build a stronger network of professionals, entrepreneurs, mentors, and community leaders capable of continuing financial education, leadership development, mentorship, and service independently.
Success will increasingly be measured by how many leaders are developing other leaders.

From Success to Significance
My earlier years were about learning, building a career, providing for family, and creating professional success. The next chapter has a different purpose.
I want to teach more, mentor more, document more, serve more, preserve more, and help more people succeed.
If future generations can take what I learned, improve upon it, avoid some of my mistakes, create opportunities I never imagined, and then pass those lessons forward again, that will be a legacy worth building.
